Public information
Information produced, stored or managed by a public body and open to requesters, except what is exempt.
Law Number 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure requires public bodies to open access to public information for requesters, except excepted kinds. For staff using AI, this means reports and official texts may one day be read by citizens, so every figure and reference must be accountable. Decisions on information requests are taken by the information and documentation officer (PPID), not a model. A general picture, not legal advice.
