PathwayAI is a career learning platform from InfraLoka. We help people see the path from where they are to the work they want, and help organizations hire and grow people fairly.
Our story
Why we started.
Expert career planning, structured learning and a fair shot at a job have mostly reached people with money, connections or the right school. Many talented people across Indonesia and Southeast Asia have the drive but no one to show them the way.
We built PathwayAI so that anyone can plan their own path with the same quality of guidance, and so that the progress they make counts when they apply for work.
