Tidy up a warehouse goods-receiving SOP

The notes on how your warehouse receives goods are scattered across a notebook, a chat group and the head storekeeper's memory. Write those rough notes in your own words first, then ask AI to shape them into a numbered SOP a new hire can follow. Done means someone who has never received goods can follow it without asking.

What you hand in

The original rough notes you wrote yourself before using AI, at least 15 lines, kept as they are.
A one-to-two page SOP with purpose, owner, numbered steps, and what to do when the count does not match the delivery note.
Notes from a read test: one colleague reads the SOP, and you write down which steps made them hesitate and what you changed.
A list of things AI added that were not in your notes, with your decision for each: keep, change or drop.
