Rewrite a job ad to be fair

An old ad for a warehouse admin role at an invented company has requirements unrelated to the job, such as age limits and appearance. Rewrite it with AI's help so the requirements are job-related, clear and fair. Done means every requirement can be tied to the work and an HR colleague has reviewed it.

What you hand in

An invented old ad that deliberately contains at least 4 problematic requirements.
A new ad with role summary, main duties, must-have and nice-to-have requirements, and how to apply.
A table of every requirement in the new ad with a column for how it ties to the duties.
A note of words or requirements still in the AI output that could exclude applicants without a job reason, and how you fixed them.
