Module 2 · Daily workflows
Messages to parents and school letters
In short
AI helps tidy messages to parents and school letters. Details about a student are added outside the AI tool, rule references are checked against the official text, and messages to many people are approved by someone authorised.
After this lesson you can
- Write clear, warm messages to parents that carry no other students' data
- Use AI for official school letters without letting unchecked rule references through
- Set who approves a message before it is sent to many people
