Choose an AI tool that fits your team

Your team wants to adopt one shared AI tool, but there are many choices and the ads all sound alike. Build criteria from the team's real needs, then compare three options using the providers' official documents, not reviews or ads. Done means a written recommendation that covers how the tool treats data, its cost and its limits, with a source for every claim.

Learn it first: The model and the app around it

What you hand in

A list of team needs gathered from at least three colleagues, including the kinds of data that will go in.
A comparison table of three options on data storage, use of data for training, cost, language and admin controls.
A reference to an official document for every table cell, with the date you read it.
A one-page recommendation, including what data still must not go in even after a tool is chosen.
A note of AI's claims about the tools that did not match their official documents.
