Notice of new opening hours at the village office

An invented village office will change its service hours from next month. Prepare a formal notice for the notice board and a short version for the residents' chat group. Done means both versions say the same thing, older residents can understand them, and the authorised official has read and approved them before they go up.

What you hand in

A list of the base facts you set yourself before writing: old hours, new hours, start date, affected services and counter number.
A one-page formal notice with an invented letterhead, the reason for the change, and the new hours in a table.
A chat-group version of at most 80 words carrying the same facts.
A cross-check note: every fact in both versions matched against the base fact list, including days and dates.
A note of who (by role) approved it before publishing and what they asked to change.
