From meeting minutes to an action list

Coordination meetings at the village office often end without anyone knowing who does what. Write one page of invented meeting minutes, then ask AI to turn them into an action list with owners and deadlines. Done means every item has one role, one deadline, and no invented decisions.

What you hand in

One page of invented minutes that uses roles (village secretary, head of general affairs), not real people's names.
An action table with columns for item, owner, deadline and status, at least 6 rows.
For each row, a marker in the original minutes showing which sentence the item came from.
A short note on any item or deadline that appeared in the AI output but was never decided in the meeting, and what you did about it.
