From a sign-up form to a weekly summary

An invented school opens sign-ups for inter-class competitions through an online form. Build the form, connect it to a spreadsheet, and set up a weekly count of entrants per competition. Done means the flow works with 15 invented sign-ups you entered yourself, and the form asks only for data that is truly needed.
