An instruction file for a team AI assistant

Everyone on your team retypes the same rules each time they use an AI assistant. Write one shared instruction file covering the team's purpose, tone, output format and data that must never go in. Done means the file is tested on 6 real team tasks and the results are more consistent than without it.

Difficulty: Easy
Time: About 2 hours
