A team tool to log borrowed office equipment

The projector, camera and spare laptops at an invented office are often borrowed with no record of who has them. Build a small web app with sign-in, an item list, borrow and return records, and history, from spec through release to a practice environment. Done means the main features have tests, database changes use migrations, and there is a written way back to the previous version.
