A folder-summarising agent with a test set

An invented team's document folder holds minutes, SOPs and reports nobody has time to read. Build a read-only agent that summarises every document in the folder and writes one index. Done means the agent is tested against a set of 10 invented documents whose ideal summaries you wrote yourself, scored with the same rubric each time.
