Your first read-only agent for an SOP folder

New staff at an invented office often ask things that are already in the SOP folder. Prepare a folder of 5 invented SOPs, run an agent with read-only permission, and ask it 8 questions. Done means every answer names its source SOP, you have read the agent's trace, and wrong answers are recorded.

What you hand in

A folder of 5 short invented SOPs, one page each.
A list of 8 questions with correct answers you wrote yourself, including one whose answer is not in the folder.
A table of the agent's answers, cited sources and your verdict: right, partly right or wrong.
A short note from reading the agent's trace: which files it opened and whether any write attempt was refused.
A note on whether the agent admitted it did not know for the question with no answer, or made one up.
