The rules we keep

1. Be kind and specific: comment on the work, never on the person.
2. Share no one's personal data, customer data or confidential company documents.
3. No passwords, service keys or links that need a company sign-in.
4. No selling, spam or recruiting.
5. Check AI output before you share it as fact.

Submissions that break these rules are not picked, and repeated breaches can close access to live sessions and the clinic.
