Secret
A password, access token or API key: anything that grants access and must not be seen by others.
Secrets (passwords, tokens, API keys) live in server environment variables or a secret manager, never in code, the repository, a prompt or a plan file. If a secret shows up in the wrong place, deleting it is not enough: rotate it, because copies may already sit in history or logs.
