Pipeline (CI/CD)
A chain of automatic steps that runs the build, tests and deploy on every change.
A pipeline makes every change pass the same gates. When the pipeline cannot run, do not treat the change as passed; run the same gates by hand and record the result. Every step must fail loudly instead of quietly carrying on.
