Model provider
The company that runs an AI model and sells access to it, through an app or an API.
A model provider decides where your data is processed, how long it is kept, and whether it trains their models. Read the terms before you put work data in, pick a plan that does not train on your data, and record which providers the team uses. Data processed abroad can fall under cross-border transfer rules.
