Talent pool
A list of candidates not hired now but kept, with consent, for future openings.
A talent pool holds personal data, so it needs a lawful basis and a clear retention period. Ask candidates before keeping their data, ask again before contacting them for a new opening, and delete data whose retention has ended. AI may help match, but the recruiter decides whom to contact.
