Exempt information
Kinds of information not opened to requesters under Article 17 of the Public Information Disclosure Law.
Article 17 of Law Number 14 of 2008 lists exempt information, including information that could reveal personal secrets (letter h), such as someone's health history and financial condition, and memoranda or letters between or within public bodies that are confidential by nature (letter i). Such information is not pasted into general AI tools. Whether a document is exempt is for the information officer to assess. A general picture, not legal advice.
