Operations data is the record of daily work, such as delivery lists, vehicle trip logs, warehouse stock, shift schedules and vendor invoices. It is useful for seeing patterns and problems, but it is almost always mixed with personal data (drivers, recipients) and confidential data (contract rates, customer lists). Before using it with AI, drop columns you do not need, replace identifiers with codes, and use aggregates when the task only needs patterns.
