Health data
Data and information about a person's health; under the PDP Law it is specific personal data.
Health data covers complaints, test results, diagnoses, medicines, procedures and other notes about a person's condition. Law No. 27 of 2022 classes it as specific personal data, and Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health protects the confidentiality of patients' health information. In a clinic our rule is simple: patient data does not go into a general AI service in any form, including notes with the name removed.
