Children's data

Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection lists children's data among specific personal data (Article 4(2)(e)). Article 25 requires processing of children's personal data to be carried out specially and with the consent of the child's parent and/or guardian. At school, student names, grades, behaviour notes, health conditions and family circumstances belong here. Do not paste them into an AI tool. This is a general picture, not legal advice.
