What InfraLoka Academy stores, who can see it and how to remove it.
What does InfraLoka Academy store about me?
For signed-in accounts: lessons done, quiz and final answers, badges, learning days, certificates, notes and highlights, practice brief ticks, work maps (unsaved ones as a result only, without your text), the monthly map quota, live topic votes, clinic submissions and the plans you hold. AI use is recorded as token counts, cost and credits, without the text, together with credit records. For guests, progress lives only in that device's browser.
Who can see my learning data?
You, and the Infraloka team where running the service needs it: platform admins can see AI credit use per account and read clinic submissions to review them. Organisation admins do not see your InfraLoka Academy progress. A certificate can be seen by anyone with its link, showing the name on it, the level and the date. A clinic submission is shown in a recorded session only if you ticked the permission.
How do I clear guest progress on this device?
Guest progress is kept in browser storage. Clear the site data for InfraLoka Academy in your browser settings, or use a private window if you do not want anything kept.
Can I delete my own notes and ticks?
Yes. Notes and highlights can be deleted from the Notes page. Practice brief ticks can be unticked on the brief's page. Saved maps can be deleted from the map's page.
How do I ask for my InfraLoka Academy account to be deleted?
Sign in, then open the Profile page at /profile. In the Your data section choose Erase my data, then choose Erase my data again in the confirmation window. When the page is shown in Indonesian, the section is called Data Anda and the button Hapus data saya. The Download my data button in the same section gives you a copy of your data first.
Erasure removes all your InfraLoka Academy data: progress, answers, finals, badges, notes, certificates (they stop verifying), work maps, votes, clinic submissions and plans. What is kept: consent records, orders and payments, and AI usage and credit records without any text, because accounting needs them. The sign-in account itself, the name and e-mail address you sign in with, is run by the Infraloka sign-in service and cannot yet be closed from this page.
Is the text I write sent to an AI?
Only the working-week description in the work map, only while its AI mode is on, and only after personal data is removed. Clinic submissions, notes and topic votes are not sent to an AI model.
