The work map
How the work map works, what is removed before sending, the monthly quota and saved maps.
What is the work map?
You describe your working week and your field. The work map returns three to six tasks AI can help with, an estimate of the hours saved, a prompt to try and the lesson that teaches it.
What is removed before my description is sent?
Before the text is sent, we replace e-mail addresses, phone numbers, ID and tax numbers, card and bank account numbers, other long numbers such as BPJS numbers, links, IP addresses, @handles and number plates with markers such as ‹email›. People's names are not removed automatically, so do not write the names of colleagues, patients or customers. You can see the text that will be sent before you press the button, and the server removes those identifiers again when it receives it.
How many maps can I make a month?
AI maps are limited per month: two maps a month, plus one for every level you have completed, up to six. Once the quota is used, you still get a map from templates without AI.
Is my description stored?
Only if you save the map. When you are signed in, a map you do not save is kept in your account as a result without your text. A saved map keeps your description after identifiers such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers are replaced with markers; names are not removed, so leave them out. Of the tools you list, we record only common tools we recognise, never the names you type. Guest maps are not stored at all.
How do I delete a saved map?
Open the map from your list of saved maps, then choose Delete map. The map and the text saved with it are deleted together.
